Personal History and Background with Horses- I have been riding for 10 years, including working a summer for Al in 2008. I train and show reined cow horses.

How did you learn about Team AD International? From Al

Why did you choose to participate in the Accreditation Program? Because I believe Al is the best.

What were your main goals? To become a better trainer and to give my business better credibility.

What was your favorite part of the process? The endless amount of information.

What was the most challenging?  Riding with Al. Trying to do what you know you can do can be difficult when in a pressure situation.  Riding with Al, especially after having worked for him, I wanted to do well not only for myself and my horses, but for him.

Would you recommend this program to someone else?  Yes, especially to trainers with an open mind!

What are some of you favorites...books, movies, etc? The movie Buck and John Wayne films.
